Sky

This morning, all clouds in the sky

Its beauty you can never deny

If only I ever could fly

I’d fly up into the sky

Such brilliant colours, red and orange

All so catching in a very wide range

Across the sky do these colours lay

Blending in perfectly with the sun rays

Just as how the sky was born

Filled in the air were many clouds

Another and another; they’ve come, they’ve gone

Displayed by the sky magnificent and proud

As the day gets older, the colours do fade

Into very soft velvet blue

At this time of day, our spirits feel great

As we lie under the blanket of blue

As the sun sets, colours galore

Fill up the sky in streaks of orange

But soon when the sun goes down to its core

Gets dimmer and dimmer the sky would manage

The moon shines bright despite the darkness

The stars twinkle like winking their eyes

The light in the sky gets lesser than less

“Sweet dreams to all” the sky does reply

Yesterday and yesterday
I sit there in glum and sorrow
Waiting for the time to play

Sitting in the examination hall
Perspiration down my neck
Where did I ever get the gall
To even sit for this brain-check

Papers fly in and out all day
Wasting all my time away
I’ll sit and wait till time is up
Then I’ll go out for a cup

Geo and History are lullabies
Putting people all to sleep
When it’s exam everyone cries
Why this information I didn’t keep

Science and Maths, the brain-teasers
All confused and gone haywire
Until someone whispers in my ears
I think your brain is on fire

BM, English not so bad
Know my words, I’ll get them correct
Don’t have reasons to go mad
Just my vocabulary to erect

Luv My Sweet Life

Morning, time for school;
Handphone’s ringing, dun wanna get up
Once I’m up it’s time to go
Eat up breakfast, change my clothes
Then I set out, ready to go

Mid-day, during school hours;
Happily step into my class
Everything’s the same, nothing’s changed
Homework, textbooks, exercises
Keeps me busy, love my life

Afternoon, stayback at school;
My stuff starts at two thirty
Now it’s only one twenty
Find my friends, it’s chit-chat time
Till time shows two twenty nine

Evening, time to go home;
Car’s not here yet so I’ll wait
Chat with friends who wait with me
Once my car shows up its face
In I go with perfect grace

Night, time for bed;
Homework all done, packed in bag
Just before I hit the sack
Before I sleep I remember to pray
Thank you God for a lovely day!!

Our dismissal time differs

Sometimes outside 4 science 1

Why do I miss you so much

When I just can’t see your face?

Why do I feel down and low

When I see you too far a pace?

So many times have I waited

But I don’t get all of you

Come near me, don’t run away

Quit it playing with those gals

Stop dreaming and listen to me
